Our organization was extremely behind in what we’re calling the “social network revolution”. We didn’t have a Facebook page, no twitter, and really no web presence at all. The publishers at GoDonor not only generated large amounts of donations, but also created a complete web presence for our organization. We now have Facebook pages about our organization, people twittering about us with links to our website, and people are even mentioning us on their blogs. So not only are the publishers sending people to our site to donate, but at the same time their advertising our organization to thousands of people every day. Giving a small percentage of each donation back to the publishers is the perfect solution to fundraising. We don’t have to pay ANYTHING out of pocket, and the publishers get well deserved payment for their tremendous online promotion efforts. It’s a win-win situation.

Promoting offers on Go Donor is a lot easier than creating a campaign for offers on other networks. Free signups, teeth whitening, acai, etc. are all oversaturated, hard to promote and then at the end of the day people are getting re-billed so it’s not very morally satisfying. Before I ever did a full campaign I just threw up the link for a charity on my blog and I actually got quite a few donations through that. I checked my stats and surprisingly had more money than from Adsense in an entire month. At that point I created a full campaign on Adwords and Facebook PPC. It converts a LOT better than every other offer I have ever promoted, and at the end of the day I’m helping people out. GoDonor is awesome. Bar none the best affiliate network I have worked with. Working with nonprofit organizations and charities instead of advertisers is BRILLIANT! I can’t believe nobody else came up with this earlier.  Easiest money ever.
